Jennifer Laycock
Jennifer Laycock has been involved in Internet marketing since 1995 and with search engine optimization (SEO) since 2001. After spending seven years working for a variety of digital marketing agencies and serving as an in-house SEO for a mid-size e-commerce company, she left the world of traditional agencies to serve as editor-in-chief of Search Engine Guide, an industry site aimed at educating small business owners about search engine marketing. Laycock is also an independent search marketing consultant for small to mid-size businesses throughout the United States.
Jennifer specializes in search engine friendly design and effective organic listings and also serves as a consultant on search engine marketing issues for both digital and full service agencies in the central Ohio area. She also writes training documents for companies seeking in-house SEM training. Her clients have included companies like Highlights for Children, Verizon and Option Line, a national 24-hour crisis-pregnancy hotline.
Recognized in the online forum communities as "thejenn," she has served as an Administrator or moderator of several popular internet marketing forums. Jennifer is known for her down to earth style of writing and for helping search engine marketing make sense to non-techies. Her work has been featured at JimWorld, About.com, Search Engine Guide, Search Engine Watch and other industry sites. She has also been interviewed and quoted by several publications including The Financial Times, Computer Shopper Magazine and Entrepreneur magazine.

Tom Wilde
Tom Wilde is the Senior Vice President and General Manager - North America of MIVA, Inc. and as such, he has the lead role as MIVA combines its U.S. based Performance Marketing Network and Primary Traffic Division.
Prior to MIVA, Inc., Tom was Vice President and General Manager of search and publishing at Terra Lycos. In this role, he was responsible for the creation, execution, and management of Terra Lycos' global strategy in search and web publishing. Tom's prior professional experience includes serving as a member of the board of directors at Fast Search & Transfer, a software company that develops enterprise search technologies, and as Vice President of Marketing and Channels at FAST.
Tom has also served on the IAB Search Engine Committee and holds an MBA from the Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colby College.

Jason Williams
Jason Williams is Senior Vice President and General Manager of MIVA Small Business division, and has been with the Company since March 2000 in various senior roles.
Prior to joining MIVA, Jason was a consultant at Electronic Data Systems, where he worked with corporations such as Meredith Corp., a publishing and integrated marketing services provider, to streamline processes and reduce operational costs. From 1985 to 1999 he built and operated a very successful yacht management and brokerage business.
Jason holds a BA in Management Information Systems with a marketing emphasis from the University of Wisconsin. He has also earned technical certifications from Microsoft.
